In the forum you can reply to existing threads and create new ones by clicking the corresponding button.
To reply to an existing thread, click on a post title (1):
In the detailed view of a post, you have the following options:
(2) Edit or delete existing posts or replies that you have written yourself
(3) Write a comment on a post and submit it by clicking “Reply”
