Reset Password
You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the login page. After entering your email address, you will be sent a link via email to create a new password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and meet all of the following requirements:
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
If you haven’t registered an email address with the LMS, you can reset your password using other attributes. In this case, you’ll need to enter your username and complete additional user attributes. For example:
If multiple user attributes are shown, as in this example, you must fill them all in to be able to reset your password.
If a user has registered an email address in the LMS, their user attributes will not be displayed. In this case, an email will be sent to reset the password.
