Users’ Overview

 

Under Administration > Users, you will find a list of all users in the LMS.

In this area, you can create new users (1).

The “All Users” button (2) is only visible to super administrators. This allows you to view a complete list of all users across all clients.

The user overview can be filtered by various attributes and via search (3).

You can export your current (filtered) user list as an Excel file using the Export button (4).

(5) The following additional options are available for active users:

  • Overview of the user’s assigned groups
  • Edit user profile and view the user’s learning history
  • Send a registration email with a password link to the user (if an email address is available)
  • Send a personalized message to the user
  • Set user to inactive

Users that have already been set to inactive can be identified by the arrow icon (6). Clicking the arrow reactivates the profile.
